WHEN do refunds need to be requested by?
You must complete and submit our Request for Withdrawal/Refund of Course Tuition form. The form must be received up until 8 days after course has begun. After 8 days and up to 12 days, we can refund only half of the tuition.

HOW do we return items?
If you have purchased a book through the school and the item is in good condition, you may ship it with a copy of the receipt within 8 days of the course and receive full reimbursement of the book cost back. Items purchased through a 3-party, such as Amazon.com, are not refundable through the school.
SHIPPING for return items?
You are responsible for paying the return shipping.
CREDIT for refunds?
You can either request that the tuition refund go toward another course, or be deposited into your PayPal account. We do not refund by cash or check.
